Abs & Cardio
A fast-paced circuit workout designed to strengthen your core and boost your fitness. Expect high-intensity intervals that get your heart rate up and your abs burning.
Bounce
A fun, music-driven cardio workout using mini trampolines! Follow the instructor as you bounce in rhythm to energising tracks — it’s low-impact, high-energy, and guaranteed to make you smile.
Boxfit
Punch, jab and sweat your way through a mix of boxing combinations and cardio finishers. A great stress reliever that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
Upper Body Strength
Focus on building strength and definition in your upper body. Using heavy weights in a circuit format, you’ll complete 5 key exercises over 3 challenging rounds.
Lower Body Strength
Target your glutes, quads and hamstrings with this lower body-focused session. Using heavy weights and a circuit style, you’ll move through 5 exercises for 3 rounds to build strength and power.
Tabata
Short bursts of high intensity with structured rest. You’ll work for 20 seconds, rest for 10, and repeat through 8 exercises for 5 rounds. Follow the instructor and push yourself — it’s quick, tough, and effective.

Weekly Class Access Membership
$30.00 per week for access to all 6 classes.
Class Pass
$15.00 for one time access to a class. Can be purchased multiple times.
